Return Policy...

To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all parts and accessories must be included.                                                       

To initiate your return...

Step 1: Contact web customer service director.                                                   Email: createmad2@yahoo.com                

Step 2: You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (The RMA number ties your return to your original order, and later to your credit.)

Step 3: Package your return in the original packaging and strapping. (Container down to prevent shifting and damage.)

Step 4: Include a note with the following information: Your Name, Address, Phone Number, and RMA Number.

Step 5: Securely close the box and send to:
