* Shipping rates are based on total order weight and shipping distance.

* We use UPS and Fed-Ex ground services, unless another method is requested and approved.

* We will offer Next Day Air by UPS when requested.  However, keep in mind that we only ship orders Monday through Friday.  Next Day Air orders placed on the weekend will be sent on Monday to be received on Tuesday. 

* When UPS and Fed-Ex limitations are exceeded, we will email you with our intention and get approval on a new shipping method and cost.

* We offer the option for customers in our area to pick up their order in our retail location.  This option should be specified on the checkout/invoice page under the shipping icon.

* Purchases are packed and strapped into place, to prevent any shifting during the shipping process.

• You may notice your order arriving in re-used boxes.  We try to recycle and re-use materials whenver possible.
• In the event that you should have to return you purchase, please refer to the "contact us" icon to view our return policies.

* From time to time our arrangements may require a "slight" artistic manipulation of stems after the shipping process. This is normal and is fairly easy to do. Simply refer to the picture display online and gently mimic the shaping shown. (If you have any questions please call or email us, and we can walk you through it.)
